Let’s jump in!🔥

From Nothing to Something

Joshua Crisp is a one-of-a-kind entrepreneur. He did a million dollars in just one day on a launch. Joshua built an 8-figure business selling products on Amazon…including bath bombs (which made him a millionaire).

Joshua grew up in a very small town with little going on. He didn't have a strong father figure in his life and got caught up with the wrong crowd.

Starting at the bottom, Joshua worked for minimum wage at a recycling plant while trying to support his wife and two young kids. As a high school drop out, he had no real prospects for his (and his family's) future.

At the time, Joshua looked up to people who were making fast money in the streets and didn't know any better. However, Joshua's wife introduced him to his first mentor: a normal, everyday guy who owned his own business who told him about selling on Amazon.

Before meeting his mentor, Joshua thought only big names like Rockefellers and Waltons could own businesses. He was blown away that you didn't need significant wealth to get started.

From then on, Joshua got obsessed with figuring out how to work for himself. He knew that by working for someone else, he'd never accomplish his big goals and dreams.

Today, Joshua is an Amazon FBA master, entrepreneurial mentor, and internet marketing genius. He's known worldwide for his unique, successful techniques to research, market, brand, and sell through Amazon.

Without any formal education or real-world training, Joshua single-handedly grossed over $10 million dollars online in under five years. It took him four failed launches to get things right, but when he did, one product alone made him a millionaire.

Joshua loves helping others find success just like he did so they can support their families, achieve their dreams, and reach their full potential.

Joshua Crisp

In a recent call within our community, Joshua shared a ton of entrepreneurial wisdom. Here were some of the biggest takeaways.

Who's On Your Bus?

One mistake Joshua made when he was starting out was not putting the right people on the bus, or not hiring the right team. Because of this, he didn't have a solid exit strategy to leave one business and start another. When the right people are on the bus, you can sustain growth and start to scale.

As entrepreneurs, we're builders, growers, and innovators. We thrive off starting new things and the struggle of building true success. Figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are and get the right people on board to manage your brand and business without you.

WWAD

Joshua looks to Apple for inspiration, especially when it comes to pricing products. He uses the acronym WWAD (What Would Apple Do) and works to mirror their strategy. As a trillion dollar company, one thing that Apple knows is that price is only an issue in the absence of value. Everything's high quality, right down to their stickers.

One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is thinking that charging a lower price will help them beat out the competition. However, this is selling yourself short. By charging a lower price, you're not only doing yourself a disservice by earning less money, but you're doing the marketplace a disservice.

The best is never the cheapest and the cheapest is never the best.

The Breadcrumb Theory

As someone who's been in the industry a decade, Joshua knows that successful people who are where you want to be will never give you the keys of the kingdom. They'll never spend all of their time sharing everything with you because time is their most valuable asset. You can't recreate it, replace it, or purchase it.

Joshua's mentor told him that the information you get is like breadcrumbs, and it's up to you to use those little gems on how to grow, get to the next level, and get real results. When you get the chance to meet someone who inspires you, take a ton of notes and implement what they tell you with immediate execution.

Leading with Value

When it comes to closing high end B2B deals, Joshua advises entrepreneurs to always lead with value. When you overdeliver, you'll be overcompensated. When he meets with his consulting clients, Joshua's goal is to leave them feeling like he truly wants them to win.

Too many people want to gate keep their best stuff, in fear that they're giving away too much for free. Joshua says the complete opposite is true. When you overdeliver up front, people will be eager to get even more from you, making them more likely to become a client or customer.
